What is our return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns must be postmarked/shipped 30 days since your purchase or unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for refund/exchange. Tags must still be attached.
If a garment is received damaged:
If you receive a defective or damage item, you must notify us within 7 days of the received shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.

Future Kids of Tomorrow is not responsible for any lost and stolen packages but we will do our best to recover any lost items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Future Kids Of Tomorrow reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If the item is rejected you will be notified via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be an original packing slip from Future Kids Of Tomorrow LLC.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
